A contemporary villa with sea view in the South of France
In 2025, architects Thomas Vielliard and Jacques Francheteau will start building an exceptional, large contemporary villa on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Set in the nearby town of Sainte-Maxime, the property sits on a spacious plot with no overlooking buildings, offering a clear view of the sea.
A luxury architecture where "Less is More"
Staying true to their agency’s approach, the architects have designed a sleek, modern structure, blending glass and concrete. The main front, facing the breathtaking view, makes the most of the interior space with wide sliding glass doors. A large outdoor terrace extends the living area, leading to an infinity pool with marble tiles that reflect the stunning Mediterranean landscape. Inside, the simple yet elegant design meets the client’s wish for a villa that’s easy to open up and enjoy during the summer months:
Discreet storage, durable materials, and quality furnishings for relaxed, effortless entertaining.
With this project, the architects introduce a fresh creation on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, showcasing their unmistakably modern style, which increasingly appeals to a discerning international clientele.
VF Architectures : Luxury is space
“Living in one of our homes should be an act of freedom. Every space we create is designed to allow easy movement between inside and outside, to dream, to create. Our homes are not monuments: they are sanctuaries, places where life can unfold, surrounded by beauty.” — Vielliard & Francheteau.
