Built on the ruins of an old fisherman’s house, it benefits from this exceptional pre-existing situation to settle “foot in the water” in front of the Mediterranean.

The architectural project reconstructs a large stone base advancing into the sea, and taking the shape of the old concrete pontoons, to create a magnificent terrace, overlooking the water and the horizon.
In the center of this terrace, a swimming pool extends to the edge of the base, with an overflow plunging into the waves.

A LUXURY VILLA EMBRACING THE SEASCAPE

The living volumes are pure, and the facades of the house are largely glazed to benefit from the exceptional view of the sea.
It emerges from this villa, a natural beauty, a luxury purified of any decorative artifice. The interior spaces embrace the landscape through the large panoramic openings. The light is generous, the overhang of the slabs protective.
