The architects have brilliantly taken it up by creating an aerial architecture where clarity and structural simplicity refer to the most beautiful iconic Californian houses. This house incorporates the DNA of the signature of the Vielliard & Francheteau firm:

the shape is simple in L, far from modernisms with one-upmanship of volumes, and the architectural writing takes up the materials of choice of architects, which are the raw concrete they confront with the lightness of the integral glass of the facades.

A CONCRETE MODERN HOUSE

The volumes are stretched to make the most of the views and the landscape, around a large outdoor terrace with its swimming pool dominating the spectacular panorama of the city of Lyon.
The interior spaces, such as part of the terrace, are provided with vast overhangs of the concrete roof, which protect and extend the uses and receptions day and night.
